Eligibility Criteria

Nationality	Citizen of India only.
Character	Must be of good character.
Physical	Must be of sound health, good physique and free from organic defects or bodily infirmity.
Marital Status	If married, must not have more than one spouse living (exemptions as per State Government rules).
Odia Language	Must be able to read, write and speak Odia fluently. Must have passed Middle School with Odia as subject / Matriculation with Odia as medium / Class-VII exam with Odia as subject / ME standard Odia test conducted by School and Mass Education Department.
Educational Qualification (post-wise)	Varies by post – from Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline (Science/Technology/Food Technology/Commerce/Economics/Fine Arts/Library Science/Computer Science etc.) to Post-Graduate Degree or professional qualifications like ICWAI(Inter)/ICMAI(Inter). Must have requisite qualification by the last date of submission of the Online Application Form. Qualification must be from AICTE/UGC recognized institution.
