Young Professional – Market & Economic Analysis	Graduate degree with MBA (Business Analytics / Data Analytics / Strategy / Finance / Operations / Marketing) OR MA/M.Sc. in Economics / Econometrics / Physical Science / Humanities from a recognized University/Institute	Minimum 2 years. Environmental scanning, MIS report preparation, MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros desirable), documentation as per PSU/government standards
Young Professional – Digital Marketing, E-Commerce etc.	Bachelor’s degree in New Media Design / Animation / Mass Communication / Digital Media or related field. MBA is an added advantage. Knowledge of banking/loan products is mandatory. Lead generation, client acquisition, revenue driving, cross-functional team leadership
Young Professional – Venture Equity Fund Senior Analyst	Chartered Accountant (CA) OR MBA (Finance) or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute	Minimum 2 years. Fund accounting, treasury operations, private equity fund administration, capital calls/drawdowns, SEBI AIF regulations, RBI guidelines, Income Tax compliance, Excel and financial data management
Young Professional – IT Specialist for Venture Capital Fund	B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or combination Engineering OR MCA from a recognized University/Institute	Minimum 2 years. Full stack development — C++ .NET, MS SQL, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap; web portal management, SEBI reporting compliance, data integrity and security

Salary

• Pay Scale : Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- per month (all inclusive). Annual increment not exceeding 5% subject to satisfactory performance and maximum cap of Rs. 70,000/-. No DA, HRA, CGHS, or other allowances.

Working Hours	9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Leave Entitlement	12 days per year on pro rata basis
Tenure	Initially 1 year; extendable by 1 year at a time up to maximum 5 years (subject to KPI-based annual performance review)
Annual Increment	Not exceeding 5% of monthly remuneration subject to satisfactory performance and maximum cap of Rs. 70,000/-
Notice Period (Termination / Resignation)	30 days notice (by either party) or compensation in lieu thereof
Joining Period	Within 15 days of offer of engagement; failing which offer stands withdrawn automatically
