Eligibility Criteria
| Criteria | Details |
|---|---|
| Nationality | Indian Nationals only. No candidate of foreign nationality is eligible. |
| Educational Qualification | Postgraduate Medical Degree i.e. (MD/MS/DNB/MCh/DM) or equivalent in the concerned specialty, recognized by MCI and registered either with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council. |
| Senior Residency Tenure | Candidates who have completed three years tenure of Senior Residency are NOT eligible for the post of Senior Resident. |
| Central Residency Scheme | Senior Residency done in any Central Institution/Hospital under the Central Residency Scheme shall be counted while working out the tenure of three years (including previous experience), so that the maximum period does not exceed three years. |
| Government Servants | Candidates already in Government service must route their applications through proper channel and attach NOC/letter requesting issuance of NOC from present employer. Selected candidates must submit their NOC within 3 days from the date of interview. |
| Previous Dismissal | Persons who have earlier worked in this institute and whose services were dispensed with on account of misconduct or otherwise are NOT eligible to apply. |

Salary
