Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals (GACL) GACL Recruitment 2026, Eligibility, Age Limit, Selection, Last Date, Apply Online, GACL has released an official notification for recruitment to the positions of Executive Trainee, Boiler Attendant, Senior Chemist, Assistant Officer, Additional General Manager, Chief Manager, Senior Manager, and other posts. All eligible and interested candidates may apply online by visiting the official GACL website.

The application process for the GACL Recruitment 2026 commenced on May 20, 2026, and applications will be accepted until May 31, 2026. To apply, candidates must not exceed the maximum age limit of 53 years.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Executive Trainee (Mechanical)

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks.
• Passing Year: 2023 to 2026 only.
• Mandatory: Valid GATE 2023/2024/2025/2026 score (mention marks out of 100).
• Preference: Gujarat domicile & relevant experience.

2. Executive Trainee (Chemical)

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Chemical) with minimum 60% marks.
• Passing Year: 2023 to 2026 only.
• Mandatory: Valid GATE score (2023-2026).
• Preference: Gujarat domicile.

3. Boiler Attendant

• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering + First Class Boiler Attendant Certificate.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years operational experience of 20 MT/Hr steam generation boiler with SCADA / PLC.
• Job Role: Routine boiler operations, emergency handling, IBR inspections etc.

4. Senior Chemist (QC)

• Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry) full time from recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in Quality Control / Assurance in Chemical Industry (Preference: Caustic Chlorine).
• Skills: Instrumental analysis, ISO & NABL documentation.

5. Assistant Officer (Security)

• Qualification: Any Graduate.
• Experience: NCO / JCO of Defence Forces with min. 12 years experience OR 5 years in force + 3+ years industrial security experience.
• Eligibility: Paramilitary forces (BSF, CRPF, CISF etc.) also eligible. Must be in Shape-1 medical category.

6. Senior Officer / Officer (Corporate Communications)

• Qualification: Any Post Graduate (Preference: Mass Media / Communication).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Corporate Communications / PR.
• Skills: Press releases, Social Media (Canva), Event Management, Branding, Stakeholder Coordination.

7. Chief Manager / Senior Manager (Electrical) – Projects

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Electrical) full time.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in Electrical Project Planning, Execution, Design, Procurement & Commissioning.

8. Additional General Manager (Finance)

• Qualification: CA / CMA.
• Experience: Minimum 23 years.
• Age Limit: Not above 53 years.
• Key Areas: Financial Strategy, Accounts, Audit, Treasury & Fund Management.
