- Project Assistant-II : 20,000 + HRA (Increment of 15% after 3 years of experience in the same project)
- Project Associate-I : 31,000 + HRA (for NET/GATE qualified) or ₹ 25,000 + HRA (for others)
- Senior Project Associate : 42,000 + HRA
- Principal Project Associate : 49,000 + HRA
- Project Scientist-I : 56,000 + HRA (Increment of 5% for every 2 years of experience in the same project)
- Project Scientist-II : 67,000 + HRA (Increment of 5% for every 2 years of experience in the same project)
