The application process for Bihar STET Recruitment 2025 has started from 19 September 2025 and the application forms will be filled till 27 September 2025. Its examination will be conducted from 04 October to 25 October 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
- For Secondary Teacher (Class 8–10, Paper-I), candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in the subject with at least 50% marks and a B.Ed. degree.
- For Senior Secondary Teacher (Class 11–12, Paper-II), you need a Postgraduate degree in the subject with Second Division along with a B.Ed. degree (not required for Computer Science). Candidates belonging to SC/ST/EBC/BC/Divyang categories get 5% relaxation in marks.

Salary
- For secondary teachers, State Bihar 2025 salary starts at Rs 44,900, which with a grade salary of Rs 4,200, total Rs 50,000/- to 55,000/- per month. For senior secondary teachers, it starts at Rs 47,600, with a salary of Rs 4,800, with a total of Rs 52,000/- to Rs 58,000/- monthly. Salary includes DA, HRA and other government allowances.
