| Domicile | Candidates hailing from Uttar Pradesh and having Domicile of Uttar Pradesh can only avail this Scholarship facility. |
| Pre Matric | For Class 09th candidates they should clear their class 8th level of examination and enrolled with Class 09th & For Class 10th candidates they should clear their class 09th level of examination and enrolled with Class 10th can fill this Scholarship Form. |
