Osmania University Hyderabad, Telangana State Eligibility Test (SET) 2025, Eligiblity, Age Limit, Application Fees, Selection, Apply Online, TG SET has released the official notification for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor/Lecturer in Telangana Universities and Colleges through Telangana State- Rajasthan Eligibility Test (TG SET 2025). All eligible and interested female and male candidates can apply online by visiting the official website (http://telanganaset.org/) of Telangana SET.

The application process for Telangana State Eligibility Test (SET) 2025 has started from October 10, 2025, and the application forms will be filled till 30 October 2025. Candidates will have to pay the prescribed fee.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree (or equivalent) with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD). Candidates in the final year can also apply, provided they submit proof of passing before the result declaration.
• Age Limit: There is no upper age limit to appear for the TS SET.
• Relaxation for Reserved Categories: SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates get 5% relaxation in the minimum qualifying marks.
• Subject Selection: Candidates must choose one subject from the 29 available subjects (e.g., History, Economics, Computer Science, etc.).

Exam Pattern

• Each question will carry 2 marks, meaning candidates will be awarded +2 marks for each correct answer in both papers.

• The TS SET exam will be a computer-based test (CBT).
• The exam will be bilingual, i.e., in English and Telugu.
• The exam duration will be 3 hours.
