| Educational Qualification — Part I | Post Graduate or equivalent examination recognized by UGC in one of the following subjects: 1. English, 2. Hindi, 3. History, 4. Political Science, 5. Sociology, 6. Music. |
| Educational Qualification — Part II | B.Ed. (Special Education) OR B.Ed. with two-year Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). |
| RCI Registration (Special Condition) | Candidates must be permanently/provisionally registered with RCI before the date of recruitment examination. RCI registration number is mandatory in the online application form. |
| Nationality / Domicile | As per Rajasthan State Government rules. Reservation benefits only for bonafide residents of Rajasthan with valid certificates issued by the Rajasthan Competent Authority. |
| Marital Status Disqualification | No person who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a living spouse (or who has married again while having a living spouse) shall be eligible — subject to personal law exemption by High Court. |
