PSPCL JE Eligibility Criteria 2024
Junior Engineer (Electrical)
The candidate must hold a full-time regular 3/4 years Diploma in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
Note: Candidates with B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc/AMIE (from Institution of Engineers (India) Calcutta) or advanced degrees in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering will be considered, contingent upon meeting the essential requirement of possessing a full-time regular 3/4 years Diploma in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering from an institute recognized by State/Central Govt. with at least 60% marks.
Junior Engineer (Sub-Station)
The candidate should hold a full-time regular diploma of 3/4 years in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
Note: Higher qualifications such as B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc/AMIE (from the Institution of Engineers (India) Calcutta) or equivalent in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering will be taken into consideration, but only if the candidate possesses the essential qualification – a full-time regular 3/4 years Diploma in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering from an institute recognized by State/Central Govt. with a minimum of 60% marks.
Junior Engineer (Civil)
Possession of a full-time regular 3/4 years Diploma in Civil Engineering from an institute recognized by State/Central Govt. with a minimum of 60% marks is a requirement for the candidate.
Note:Â Consideration for candidates with higher qualifications like B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc/AMIE (from the Institution of Engineers (India) Calcutta) in Civil Engineering will be contingent upon meeting the essential requirement of having a full-time regular 3/4 years Diploma in Civil Engineering from an institute recognized by State/Central Govt. with at least 60% marks.
