NIACL Assistant Eligibility Criteria 2024
Candidates are required to hold a minimum qualification of Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Proficiency in English is essential, and candidates should have passed it as one of the subjects at SSC/HSC/Intermediate/Graduation level. A certificate validating the passing of the qualifying examination as of 01/01/2024 is mandatory.
Candidates must possess proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the Regional Language of the State/ UT relevant to the applied vacancies. A language test will be administered to determine the candidate’s familiarity with the Regional Language before the final selection. Disqualification awaits candidates who do not demonstrate proficiency in the Regional Language Test.
Note: Before applying, candidates are recommended to ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria, including age, educational qualifications, and other requirements. Ineligibility discovered at any stage of recruitment will result in the cancellation of their candidature.
Emoluments: The initial total emoluments amount to around Rs.37,000/- per month in a Metro city, with allowances varying based on the place of posting. Additional benefits, including Lump Sum Domiciliary Medical Benefits, Group Mediclaim Policy membership for hospitalization expense reimbursement, Leave Travel Subsidy, and other staff welfare schemes, will be provided as per company rules.
