A total of 286 vacancies are available. All eligible and interested candidates may apply online by visiting the official MPSC website.

The application process for the MPSC Civil Judge Recruitment 2026 commenced on May 1, 2026, and applications will be accepted until May 21, 2026. To apply, candidates must meet the age criteria, with a minimum age requirement of 21 years and a maximum age limit ranging from 35 to 45 years.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate Category	Qualification	Experience
Advocate / Public Prosecutor / Government Advocate	Degree in Law	Must have practiced as an Advocate in the High Court of Bombay or Courts subordinate thereto for not less than 3 years as on 30th April 2026. Period as Law Clerk (after provisional enrolment) with High Court Judges or subordinate Judicial Officers is included. Practice reckoned from date of provisional enrolment/registration with State Bar Council. OR Must be working/have worked as Public Prosecutor or Government Advocate for not less than 3 years as on 30th April 2026 (Advocate service period included).
Ministerial Staff of High Court of Bombay / Subordinate Courts / Offices of Government Pleaders / Legal Assistant and above in Legal Section of Law & Judiciary Department, Mantralaya	Degree in Law	Minimum 3 years of service as on 30th April 2026 after obtaining Degree in Law.
