Eligibility Criteria

Post	Essential Qualification & Experience
Superintending Engineer (Civil)	M.Sc. in Civil Engg. (min. 55%) + 13 years relevant experience (min. 3 yrs as Executive Engineer at Level-12 or min. 8 yrs at Level-11); OR First-class B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engg. + 15 years relevant experience (min. 3 yrs at Level-12 or min. 8 yrs at Level-11). Experience in planning, design, construction, O&M, project monitoring, tendering, billing, and CAD.
Deputy Registrar	Master’s Degree (min. 55% or Grade ‘B’ in UGC 7-point scale) + 5 years administrative experience as Assistant Registrar / Level-10 or equivalent; OR 9 years as Assistant Professor in AGP Rs. 6000/- and above with experience in educational administration; OR equivalent experience in research/higher education institution.
Executive Engineer (Civil)	M.Sc. in Civil Engg. (min. 55%) + 8 years relevant experience (min. 3 yrs as AEE at Level-10); OR First-class B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engg. + 10 years relevant experience (min. 5 yrs at AEE level, Level-10). Experience in planning, design, construction, project monitoring, tendering, billing, and CAD.
Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical)	First-class B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Assistant Registrar	Master’s Degree (min. 55% or Grade ‘B’ in UGC 7-point scale) with consistent good academic record. Desirable: Minimum 8 years’ experience in relevant areas; minimum 5 years in supervisory capacity (Level-7).
Assistant Counsellor	MPhil in Clinical Psychology (RCI) with first class + minimum 2 years relevant experience; OR MA/M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology / MA in Psychology (with Psychopathology/Clinical/Abnormal Psychology) with first class + 5 years relevant experience.
Hall Management Officer (Hospitality Track)	Master’s Degree in Hotel Management or allied fields + minimum 5 years relevant experience in hotel/resort or Government/Government-aided Academic/Private Institution.
Medical Officer	MBBS (including compulsory rotating internship) from MCI/NMC-recognized institution + valid State Medical Council/NMC registration certificate + minimum 3 years experience in a recognized hospital. Computer literacy required.
Junior Superintendent – Institute	Master’s Degree + 5 years relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree + 7 years relevant experience. Knowledge of office procedures, rules, computer applications, and secretarial practices.
Junior Superintendent – Legal	LL.B. + 4 years experience as Legal Practitioner or in handling legal work in Govt./Autonomous/PSU; OR LL.M. + 3 years experience.
Junior Superintendent – Accounts	B.Com (min. 60%) + 7 years relevant experience in Accounts/Audit/Taxation/PFMS; OR Post-Graduation in Commerce / CA / ICWA / CS (min. 55%) + 5 years relevant experience. Knowledge of computer applications and financial software (ERP/Tally).
Junior Technical Superintendent – ACMS	B.Tech./B.E. in Materials Science / Metallurgical / Chemical / Mechanical / EE / CS; OR B.Sc. in above fields + 2 years relevant experience; OR Diploma in above fields + 3 years relevant experience.
Junior Technical Superintendent – ACMS (XRF-IRMS)	M.Sc. in Applied Geology; OR B.Sc. in Applied Geology + 2 years relevant experience; OR Diploma in above + 3 years relevant experience.
