The application process for the HPSEBL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 began on June 18, 2026, and applications can be submitted until July 13, 2026. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of approximately ₹12,300. To apply, candidates must be between 18 and 30 years of age.

Eligibility Criteria

Discipline	Essential Qualification
Electrical	B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engg. or Electrical & Electronics Engg. from a recognized University/Institute
Civil	B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engg. from a recognized University/Institute
Human Resource	Graduate in HR/Personnel, or Graduate in any stream with MBA (HR/Personnel)
Finance & Accounts	CA / ICWA / M.Com / MBA in Finance from a recognized University/Institute
Law	Graduate in Law from a recognized University/Institute
Information Technology	B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or IT, or BCA/MCA from a recognized University/Institute
Management Studies	Graduate in Management Studies (BBA/BMS/B.Com), or Graduate in any stream with M.Com/MBA in Management Studies
Social Science	Graduate/Post-Graduate in Social Works, Sociology, Rural Development, Social Sciences, or Public Administration
Hydro Engineering	Graduate in Hydro Engg. or B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical Engg.) from a recognized University/Institute

Training Locations Across Himachal Pradesh (Annexure-A)

As per Annexure-A, women apprentices will be engaged across 15 locations in Himachal Pradesh: Shimla, Solan, Nahan, Rampur, Rohru, Dharamshala, Kangra, Dalhousie, Dehra, Hamirpur, Una, Bilaspur, Mandi, Kullu, and Sundernagar.
