Haryana DElEd Admission Online Form 2025- How to Apply

Haryana State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) has released the application process for admission to 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education D.El.Ed course for the academic session 2025-27. All eligible and interested candidates can fill the application form online by visiting the official website of SCERT Haryana DELED.

The application process for Haryana DElEd Admission Online Form 2025 will begin on 30 September 2025 and will be accepted till 15 October 2025. Candidates will have to pay the prescribed fee to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates with at least 50% marks in Senior Secondary (10+2) from Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or its equivalent examination with five subjects including pass English as one of the subject.
• There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in minimum qualifying marks i.e 47.5% at Senior Secondary (10+2) level for Scheduled Castes (SC), Backward Classes (BC) and Differently abled candidates.
• Matric with Hindi/ Sanskrit.

Haryana DElEd Admission Online Form 2025-26 Procedure

The merit list will be prepared stream-wise (Arts, Science, Commerce and Vocational) solely on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in 10+2 examination and the distribution of seats in each stream for each institute will be as follows:-

Stream-wise % of seats allotted

• Stream  –  Seats
• Science – 30%
• Commerce – 28%
• Arts – 40%
• Vocational – 02%
