Delhi University has started the application process for admission to undergraduate courses. If you have also given the CUET-UG 2025 exam, then it is necessary for you to fill the form on the CSAS portal. The admission process of DU in the year 2025 has been done in a technical and phased manner, in which 10th marks will also be used as a tie-breaker. In such a situation, the necessary guidelines given for taking admission in DU are a must.
Students who want to take admission in undergraduate courses in Delhi University can apply by visiting the CSAS portal. But even a small mistake can snatch away your seat.
Step of Admission Process
Phase-1 Registration Process and Document Submission
Students who want admission in this course can register themselves by visiting the CSAS portal. After that, the necessary information, 10th and 12th marks and necessary documents (like photo, signature and mark sheet etc.) have to be uploaded. Fees will also have to be deposited in this phase. General / OBC / EWS candidates will have to deposit Rs 250 and SC / ST / PWD candidates will have to deposit Rs 100.
Phase 2- Select Course and College
This phase will start as soon as the CUET UG 2025 result is released, in this the student has to select the course and college as per their choice and fill it on the CSAS portal.
Phase 3- Seat Allotment and Admission
In the final phase, allotment will be done on the basis of scores released by NTA, category of the students and seats available in the college. Selected students will have to confirm admission by paying the required fee and accept their allotted seat.
How To Apply for DU Admission 2025
Register
For admission in undergraduate courses of Delhi University, first you have to register on the CSAS portal. For this, first go to the official website and click on the option of “New Registration”. Login by entering CUET application number and password. After OTP verification, your profile will be created and you will be able to proceed with the application process.
Fill in the required details
After completing the registration process, fill in your personal details in the application form like name, mother or father’s name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID etc. After that fill in your 10th and 12th marks because 10th marks can be used as Tie-Breaker. CUET score will be automatically uploaded on the portal, after that you have to verify whether all the details are correct or not.
Upload Documents
Students have to upload their required documents like passport size photo, signature, and other certificates in PDF/JPEG format.
Pay the fee
After filling the details and uploading the documents, pay the application fee-
General/OBC/EWS- 250 /-
SC/ST/PWD- Rs 100 /-
If a student registers in sports or co-curricular quota, he will have to pay an additional Rs 400. The fee will be paid through UPI net banking, credit/debit card.
