Eligibility Criteria

Psychologist – ClinicalM.Phil in Psychology; if eligible candidates are not available, M.A./M.Sc. Psychology (Regular) will be preferred.
Programme AssociateMBA/PG Diploma in Management or Health Administration from a recognized institute/university; minimum 1 year work experience (preference to candidates who have worked in Development/Health field at District/State level); basic computer knowledge.
Social WorkerM.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work preferred; if not available, Master of Social Work (Regular) will be preferred.
STSBachelor’s Degree OR recognized Sanitary Inspector’s Course; Certificate course in Computer Operation (minimum 2 months); permanent two-wheeler driving licence and ability to ride a two-wheeler. Preference to candidates with a recognized TB Health Visitor’s course/degree/diploma in Social Work or Medical Social Work, and completion of a government-recognized basic training course for multipurpose health workers.
Lab SupervisorGraduate or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent from a government-recognized institution; permanent two-wheeler driving licence; Certificate course in Computer Operations (minimum 2 months). Preference for candidates with minimum 1 year experience in NTEP.
Nursing Officer & Staff NurseB.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing OR General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Course passed, with live registration in the Chhattisgarh Nursing Council.
PharmacistDegree or Diploma in Pharmacy with registration in the Pharmacy Registration Council.
AccountantM.Com (Regular) with minimum 50% marks and knowledge of Tally 9.0 (compulsory), OR B.Com (Regular) with minimum 50% marks and knowledge of Tally 9.0 (compulsory).
TBHVGraduate in Science, OR Intermediate (10+2) in Science with work experience as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health Worker certificate, OR a higher course in Health Education/Counselling, OR a recognized Tuberculosis Health Visitor’s course; Certificate course in computer operations (minimum 2 months).
Dental AssistantMatriculation from a recognized board (mandatory). Desirable: 2 years’ experience in a Dental College clinic (only government health facility experience considered); preference to candidates with a 1-year lab technician course related to dental work, hygienist course, or dental technician course from a medical college.
MPW (Male)Higher Secondary (10+2) with Biology subject; one-year diploma in Multipurpose Worker training or equivalent training from a training centre recognized by the state government, with registration in the Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council.
Ophthalmic Assistant12th passed with Science subject; 2-year Ophthalmic Assistant training programme passed; registration as an Ophthalmic Assistant with the Paramedical Council.
Jr. Secretarial Assistant12th passed with at least one year Computer Diploma.
2nd ANM & ANM12th passed, ANM course passed from an INC-affiliated training centre, with live registration in the Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council.
Class-IV10th passed from a recognized institution.
Ward Assistant & AttendantHigher Secondary passed from a recognized institution, with 1 year of experience working in a hospital.
Support Staff (Sweeper & Housekeeping)8th class passed from a recognized institution.
Security GuardMatriculation (10th) passed from a recognized education board (mandatory); minimum height 160 cm and must be physically fit; minimum 1 year experience as a security guard in any government/semi-government/private institution (mandatory). Marks are awarded only for government/semi-government experience; private institution experience is considered for eligibility but not awarded marks.

Salary

  • Pay Scale : Ranging from Rs 8,800/- to Rs 23,000/- depending on the post,

Selection Process

  • Selection will be based on merit prepared from document verification, examination, computer-based test, and/or clinical skill-based test, depending on the post.
  • Candidates will be called for screening in proportion to the number of advertised vacancies:
    • Where advertised posts are 1 to 10: 10 times the number of vacancies will be screened.
    • Where advertised posts are 11 to 50: 5 times the number of vacancies will be screened.
  • Candidates must secure at least 40% of the total marks fixed for the skill test/exam; those scoring below this will be declared unsuccessful in the skill test and will not be considered in the final merit list.
  • Weightage of marks for the final merit list varies by post:
    • Posts 1–10: 65% weightage of educational qualification marks + experience marks (10/15) + skill/written test marks (20).
    • Posts 11–12: 30% weightage of 12th marks + 35% weightage of technical qualification marks + experience marks (10/15) + skill/written test marks (20).
    • Post 13: 30% weightage of 12th marks + 35% weightage of technical qualification marks + experience marks (10/15) + skill/written test marks (20), with a computer skill test for computer-related work.
    • Post 14: 30% weightage of 12th marks + 30% weightage of ANM course marks + experience marks (10/15/20) + skill/written test marks (20).
    • Posts 15–18: 85% weightage of minimum educational qualification marks + experience marks (10/15).
  • In case of a tie in marks, preference will be given to the candidate with an earlier date of birth (higher age).
  • Only candidates who appear for the skill test/exam will be included in the final merit list.
