CLAT 2026 Application Form Dates, Check Admission, Eligibility Criteria

Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has released the official notification for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2026 for admission to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses in top national law universities across India. Candidates who are interested in applying can fill the application form online by visiting the official website.

The application process for CLAT 2026 has begun on 01 Augus 2025, and applications will be accepted until 31 October 2025. After the completion of the application process, the exam will be held on 07 December 2025, and the admit card will be available on the official website before the exam.

Eligibility Criteria

• Passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Minimum 45% marks for General/OBC/PwD/SAP candidates.
• Minimum 40% marks for SC/ST candidates.
• Candidates appearing for Class 12th in 2026 are eligible to apply.
• No upper age limit.
• Nationality: Indian Nationals, NRIs, and select foreign nationals are eligible.
• No restriction on number of attempts.
