| Manager/Coordinator Level Posts | Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Science from a recognized board/university, a 2-year regular Master’s degree in Hospital Management/Administration/Health Administration/Health Management, and minimum 5 years of work experience. |
| IT/Database Posts | Candidates must have a B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science/IT or MCA from a recognized university/board and minimum 5 years of work experience. |
| Finance/Accounts Posts | Candidates must have MBA (Finance)/CA Inter/ICWA Inter/M.Com from a recognized university/board and should have proficiency in the latest version of Tally. |
| Executive/Assistant Posts | Candidates must have BBA/BCA or equivalent from a recognized board/university and minimum 2 years of work experience. |
| Steno cum Personal Assistant | Candidates must be graduates in any stream, have short-hand speed of 60 words per minute, and possess typing proficiency in Hindi/English. |
