Eligibility Criteria

Personal Assistant (PA) :

• Graduation degree from a recognized university.
• Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute in Hindi.
• Speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and English typing.

Stenographer :

• Graduation degree from a recognized university.
• Shorthand speed in Hindi 80 words per minute.
• Speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and English typing.

Data Entry Operator (DEO) :

• Intermediate qualification from any recognized institute.
• Speed of 8000 key depressions per hour on computer in Hindi and English.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC) :

• Intermediate qualification from any recognized institute.
• Speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and English typing.

Salary

• Personal Assistant : Rs.44,900 – 1,42,400 + Other Allowances. (Level-07)
• Stenographer : Rs.25,500 – 81,100 + Other Allowances. (Level-04)
• Data Entry Operator : Rs.25,500 – 81,100 + Other Allowances. (Level-04)
• Lower Division Clerk : Rs.19,900 – 63,200 + Other Allowances. (Level-02)

Selection Process

• Data Entry Operator and Lower Division Clerk : Preliminary Examination (OMR Based), Hindi and English Typing Test Examination and M.S. Office Word Processing Test Examination.
• Personal Assistant and Stenographer : Preliminary Examination (OMR Based), Hindi Stenography Test, Hindi and English Typing Test and M.S. Office Word Processing Test Examination.
