Eligibility Criteria
- AEE / Electrical: A degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a university in India established under a Central, Provincial, or State Act, or any equivalent qualification recognized by AICTE and approved by UGC.
- AEE / Telecom: A degree in Telecommunications / Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized university, or an equivalent AICTE/UGC-recognized qualification.
- AEE / Civil: A degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Indian university, or an AICTE/UGC-recognized equivalent qualification.

Salary
- After successful probation declaration, candidates are placed on the regular pay scale: ₹86,245 – ₹2,900 – ₹1,00,745 – ₹3,350 – ₹1,17,495 – ₹3,725 – ₹1,36,120 – ₹4,155 – ₹1,56,895 – ₹4,550 – ₹1,79,645 – ₹4,850 – ₹2,03,895 – ₹5,020 – ₹2,08,915 (RPS-2022).
