Eligibility Criteria
Joint Director (F&A):
- A Pass in subordinate accounts service or equivalent examination conducted by any organization accounts department or the Central Government; OR
- Successfully completion of training in cash and accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM) or equivalent; and Possessing five years experience in cash accounts and budget work.
Deputy Director (F&A):
- A Pass in subordinate accounts service or equivalent examination conducted by any organization accounts department or the Central Government; OR
- Successfully completion of training in cash and accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM) or equivalent; and Possessing five years experience in cash accounts and budget work.
Deputy Director: Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
Assistant Accounts Officer:
- Pass in Subordinate Accounts Service or equivalent examination conducted by any organised accounts department of the Central Government: OR
- Successfully completed training in cash and accounts work in the ISTM or equivalent and experience in finance / cash / budgeting / accounts work.
Salary
- Joint Director (F&A): Pay Level-12 (PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100/- + GP. Rs. 7600/- pre-revised).
- Deputy Director (F&A): Pay Level-11 (PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100/- + GP. Rs. 6600/- pre-revised).
- Deputy Director: Pay Level-11 (PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100/- + GP. Rs. 6600/- pre-revised).
- Assistant Accounts Officer: Pay Level-8 (PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800/- + GP. Rs. 4800/-pre-revised).
