KEA Supervisor Recruitment- How to Apply

Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA), Bengaluru KEA Supervisor Recruitment, Eligibility, Age Limit, Selection Process, Last Date, Apply Online, KEA has released the official notification for the recruitment of Land Surveyors. This recruitment drive is for a total of 750 posts. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online from July 11, 2026, to August 7, 2026. For the KEA Supervisor Recruitment, the maximum age limit for candidates is 40 years. The selection process will be based on a competitive written examination, a Kannada language test, document verification, and departmental training.

Within these 190 posts, horizontal reservation includes: Women – 61, Rural candidates – 49, Ex-servicemen – 17, Kannada medium students – 7, PWD candidates – 11, Transgender candidates – 2.

Candidates seeking the Kalyana-Karnataka (Article 371(J)) local-person reservation must submit the eligibility certificate as prescribed under the 2013 rules from the concerned Sub-Divisional Assistant Commissioner.

Eligibility Criteria

• A degree in Civil Engineering or Technology, or any Engineering/Technology degree, or an AMIE qualification in any Engineering/Technology stream; OR
• A degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, or Agriculture (B.Sc.); OR
• A Diploma in any branch of Engineering/Technology from an AICTE-approved institution.

Note: Candidates who have completed the above qualification are eligible to apply; students who are yet to complete the qualifying course are not eligible, and KEA will not be responsible for such incomplete

Salary

• Pay Scale : Rs 37,500/- to Rs 76,100/- per month.

Selection Process

• Competitive Written Examination : Offline OMR-based test consisting of Paper-I (General Knowledge) and Paper-II (Specific Paper).
• Kannada Language Test : Qualifying in nature (150 marks, minimum 50 marks required) for candidates who have not studied Kannada as first or second language up to SSLC level or an equivalent higher-level Kannada examination. Marks from this test are not counted in the final merit.
• Document Verification : As per merit and category-wise reservation.
• Probation and Departmental Training : Selected candidates will be on probation for 2 years and must pass the departmental “Kadaya Tharabeti” (Survey Training) examination within a 6-month training period, securing a minimum of 35% in the theoretical test and 40% in the practical test.
