| Educational Qualification (as on 06-06-2026) | Regular Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. |
| Post Graduate Candidates | Candidates who have completed Post Graduate qualification are NOT eligible. |
| Work Experience | Candidates with work experience of 1 year or more after educational qualification are NOT eligible. |
| Years Since Qualifying Exam | Candidates should not have completed 5 years after passing the qualifying examination. |
| Prior Apprenticeship | Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing Apprenticeship in any organisation under the Apprentices Act 1961 are NOT eligible. |
