Junior Engineer (Civil) – Municipal Administration	Diploma in Civil Engineering from an institution recognised by Directorate of Technical Education of Odisha; must be computer literate
Architectural Assistant	Diploma in Architectural Assistantship from an Institution recognized by Odisha State Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training
Cameraman	Higher Secondary (+2) with Diploma/Degree in Cinematography from any recognized University; skills in multi camera set up and AV production
Photographer	Higher Secondary (+2) with Diploma in Cinematography from recognized institutions; skills in Digital Photography, Photo editing, and related software
Sound Recordist	Higher Secondary (+2) with Diploma/Degree in Sound Recording & TV Engineering/Sound Recording & Design from any recognized institute/University; skills in field and studio recording, digital sound recording and audio equipment maintenance
Mechanic	Higher Secondary (+2) with Diploma in Electronics from any recognized institution; skills in repairing of audio visual equipment
