DESGPC Teaching Recruitment 2026- How to Apply

Directorate of Education, Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), DESGPC Teaching Recruitment 2026, Eligibility, Age Limit, Selection, Last Date, Apply Online, DESGPC has issued an official notification for the recruitment of Assistant Professors/Lecturers in colleges on an ad-hoc/part-time basis. A total of 168 vacancies are available. All eligible and interested candidates may apply online by visiting the official website of the DESGPC.

The application process for the DESGPC Teaching Recruitment 2026 commenced on April 16, 2026, and applications can be submitted until May 6, 2026. To apply, all candidates are required to pay a fee of ₹500.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be Indian citizens. Sikh candidates should not be PATIT.

Assistant Professor / Lecturer

Post Name	Educational Qualification
Assistant Professor / Lecturer	Minimum 50% marks in Graduation and 55% marks in Post-Graduation in the relevant subject from a recognized institution. UGC NET / Ph.D passed candidates will be preferred. Candidates who appeared in final examination of Post-Graduation are not eligible.
For Collegiate Schools	Minimum 55% marks in Post-Graduation in the relevant subject and minimum 50% marks in B.Ed.

Other Conditions:

• Must have passed Punjabi upto Matric level.
• Sikh candidates should not be PATIT.
• Women candidates may be preferred for the posts in Girls Colleges.
