RBI JE Recruitment 2026- How to Apply

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) RBI JE Recruitment 2026, Eligibility, Age Limit, Fees, Selection, Last Date, Apply Online, RBI has released an official notification for the recruitment of Junior Engineers (JE) in the Civil and Electrical disciplines. With a total of 11 vacancies available, all eligible and interested candidates may apply online through the official RBI website.

The application process for the RBI JE Recruitment 2026 commenced on 16 April 2026, and applications will be accepted until 06 May 2026. To apply, candidates must meet the age criteria, with a minimum age of 20 years and a maximum age of 30 years.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification (Mandatory): Junior Engineer (Civil): Minimum three years Diploma in Civil Engineering OR Degree in Civil Engineering with prescribed minimum percentage of marks. Junior Engineer (Electrical): Minimum three years Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronic Engineering OR Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronic Engineering with prescribed minimum percentage of marks (relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD as per rules).

Experience (Mandatory): For Diploma holders: At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience. For Degree holders: At least 1-year post-qualification experience (or 1-year graduate apprenticeship training in a PSU) in the relevant field as detailed in the notification.

Nationality: The candidate must be either a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India (with eligibility certificate where required).

Salary

• Pay Scale : Starting Basic Pay ₹47,700/- p.m. in the scale of ₹29,000-17,000(3)-34,100-20,40(4)-42,260-27,20(6)-58,580-29,50(2)-64,480-33,70(3)-74,590-40,50(1)-78,640 (7th Pay Commission equivalent) + allowances.
