Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification : B.E./B.Tech degree in the notified Engineering streams from recognized Universities/Institutions by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of parliament or declared to be deemed as Universities/Autonomous Universities under UGC Act 1956, IIT Act 1961, AICTE Act 1987, NITSER Act 2007 and IIIT Act 2024.
• For Final Year Students : Candidates studying in the final year of Engineering degree course are eligible to apply. They must submit proof of passing Engineering Degree Examination alongwith marksheets of all semesters/years by 01 October 2026 and produce the Engineering Degree Certificate within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at PCTA.
• Important Note : Candidates with graduation from foreign countries are not permitted to apply for this course.
• Stream Requirement : Only the Engineering streams and their acceptable equivalent streams as strictly notified in the official notification will be accepted. Any variation between the nomenclature of Engineering stream on degree parchment/marksheet and online application will result in cancellation of candidature.

Marital Status

• Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply
• Candidates will neither be allowed to marry during the period of training nor be allowed to live with Parents/Guardians
• A candidate who marries subsequent to the date of application, though successful at SSB interview and medical examination, will not be inducted for training

• 2.4 Km Run: 10 Minutes 30 Seconds
• Push-Up: 40
• Pull-Up: 06
• Sit-Up: 30
• Squats: Two sets of 30 repetitions
• Lunges: Two sets of 10 repetitions
• Swimming: Should know fundamentals of swimming

Salary

• Pay Scale : Rs 56,100/- to Rs 1,77,500/- per month.
