Haryana Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi Yojana, Haryana Lado Laxmi Yojana Form 2025, Eligiblity, Important Documents, Apply Online, Haryana Lado Laxmi Yojana has invited online applications for Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi Yojana to empower women in the state. According to the notification issued by the department, interested candidates can apply for this scheme through online mode from 25 September 2025.

Through the Haryana Deendayal Ladli Laxmi Yojana, the government aims (Haryana Lado Laxmi Yojana Form 2025) to provide financial assistance of ₹2,100 per month to women living below the poverty line (BPL). It is estimated that approximately 1.9 to 2 million women will benefit in this phase of the scheme.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana and a woman from the state. She must be at least 23 years old and not employed in any government job. Furthermore, her family’s annual income must not exceed ₹140,000 to qualify for the benefit.

• Aadhaar Card – for identity verification.
• Residence or Domicile Certificate – to prove Haryana residency.
• Family ID / Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) – to verify family details.
• Bank Account Details – passbook or statement for direct transfer of benefits.
• Income Certificate – to confirm eligibility based on income limit.
• Passport-size Photograph – recent photo for identification.
• Proof of Age – such as a birth certificate or school certificate.

• Visit the official website (https://pension.socialjusticehry.gov.in/) of Haryana Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana.
• On the homepage, Click on the link “Haryana Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025–26.”
• Check the eligiblity Criteria before applying.
• Select the option to “apply online” and proceed to the registration page.
• If you’re a new user, create an account using your mobile number and Aadhaar details.
• If you’re already registered, log in with your details.
• Enter details such as: Applicant’s name, age, and address, Family ID (PPP) and income details, Bank account number, Aadhaar and contact information and IFSC code and Other details.
• Upload scanned copies of all the required documents like Aadhar Card, Income Certificate, Residence Proof and Bank Passbook.
• Check all details before submitting the form.
• Download or print the acknowledgement slip for future reference.
