UP Scholarship 2025 Registration Start- Application Fees and Other Details

UP Scholarship 2025, A big news is coming for the students of Uttar Pradesh. The state government has released the process of UP Scholarship Online Application for the session 2025-26. In which scholarships for class 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, graduation, post graduation, diploma certificate and PhD courses have been included.

Applications for Pre-Matric (Class 9-10) and Post-Matric (Class 11-12, Graduation, Diploma) students will be from 02 July to 30 October 2025. Candidates who want to apply in this can apply for this scholarship 2025 through online mode till the last date 20 December 2025, and can take out its final printout till 23 December 2025.

The applying students have been advised that after filling their application form, they should submit the hard copy of the application to their school college by 24 December 2025. If the students do not submit their scholarship form to the school or college, then their application form will be cancelled. The last date for online verification by the institutions has been fixed as 10 December 2025.

Eligiblity Criteria

Pre Matric (Class 09th & Class 10th)	8th Exam Passed and Enrolled with Class 09th & for Class 10th, Candidates 9th Exam Passed and Enrolled with Class 10th.
Post Matric (Class 11th & Class 12th)	10th Exam Passed and Enrolled with Class 11th & for Class 12th, Candidates 11th Exam Passed and Enrolled with Class 12th.
Dashmottar (Post Matric Other than Intermediate)	Candidates must be Enrolled in Any UG/ PG/ Diploma/ Certificate Examination.

• For Renewal Candidates : Kindly Use Last Year Scholarship Registration Number to Login to Renewal Section and Fill the Fresh Details.

When will you get the scholarship

The process of transferring funds by the government will start from January 24, 2026. This amount will be transferred directly to the bank accounts of the students. This is a big support for students who are financially weak and want to study further. Therefore every eligible student is advised to apply on time.

UP Scholarship 2025 Registration : How to Apply

• Visit the official website (https://scholarship.up.gov.in/) of UP Scholarship.
• First of All One Time Registration (OTR) is Mandatory from Session 2025-26 for Applying for UP Scholarship 2025.
• There are 3 Step Process : Mobile Number Authentication, Aadhaar e-KYC and OTR Number Generation.
• After Generation of OTR, OTR Number will be Show as well as it will be sent to Registered Mobile Number.
• Now, Candidate will have to Fill all the Columns Carefully without any Mistake can be made like – Name of the Candidate, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Address, Qualification Details.
• After that, You Need to Complete the Registration Process in Scholarship Portal with Name, Father Name, College & Mobile Number. The Registration Number is Generated After Successfully Registration.
• Filling form & Submission and Upload the Required Documents.
• Biometric Authentication, Verification and Forwarding from Institute.
• Computerized Scrutiny.
• Verification from District Scholarship Committee.
• Forms are Verified by District Scholarship Committee (Students Can Check forms are Accepted OR Rejected)
• Aadhar Based Fund Disbursement (Final Step) All students whose status has been verified and recommended by the District Scholarship Committee will receive their funds through the Aadhaar-based system. The scholarship amount will be directly credited to their bank accounts.
