Salary
IBPS PO (Probationary Officer) salary: approximately 76,430.77/- per month after deductions.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected basis on Pre Examination, Mains Examination, Interview and Final Selection.
Prelims Exam
The prelims exam will now have three sections – English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. The English section will have 30 questions carrying 30 marks and 20 minutes of time. The Quantitative Aptitude section will have 35 questions (35 marks), for which 20 minutes will be given. There will be 35 questions (35 marks) in the reasoning section for which the time allotted is 20 minutes. That is, there will be a total of 100 questions for which 100 marks and 60 minutes will be allotted. Negative marking of 1/3 marks will also be applicable for every wrong answer.
Mains Exam
The main exam will now consist of five sections. Reasoning and Computer Aptitude section will have 40 questions carrying 60 marks and the time duration will be 50 minutes. Banking and Economy Awareness will have 35 questions (50 marks) and 25 minutes will be given for this. English Language section will have 35 questions (40 marks) and 40 minutes will be given. Data Interpretation and Analysis will have 35 questions (50 marks) and 45 minutes will be given.
Apart from this, there will also be a descriptive paper in which 2 questions (essay and letter writing) will be asked, which will be of 25 marks and 30 minutes will be given for this. In this way the main exam will be of total 225 marks.

- On the home page, click on ‘IBPS PO 2025 Advertisement’.
- Register by clicking on the ‘New Registration’ tab.
- Fill in the required details and click on submit.
- Registration ID and Password will be generated.
- Upload scanned photograph and signature.
- Provide required details like personal details, educational qualification, computer certification courses, banks preferences etc.
- Upload left thumb impression and handwritten declaration.
- Now pay the application fee and click on submit.
