Directorate of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh, After the release of UP Polytechnic result, now the counseling process has been started. According to the notification released, the counseling process for admission will be done in 4 phases. The counseling process for Round 1 has been started from 27 June which will run till 2 July 2025. Candidates can take admission by registering online on the official website of the department within the stipulated dates.

Round 02 Counselling Schedule
- 2nd Round Choice Filling (for UP State Candidates)- 9th to 11th July 2025.
- 2nd Round Seat Allotment- 12th July 2025
- 2nd Round – Online Freeze/Float Option Selection, Submission of Security & Counselling Fee- 13th to 15th July 2025.
- Document Verification at District Help Centers (for freeze candidates only)- 14th to 16th July 2025 (6:00 PM).
- 2nd Round Seat Withdrawal Date- 17th July 2025
After the first two rounds, the counseling process for the third round (only for UP students) will be completed from 18 July to 1 August 2025. After the completion of three rounds, in the fourth and fifth rounds, students from Uttar Pradesh as well as other states will be able to take admission by participating in counseling. The counseling for the 4th round will be completed from 28 July to 5 August 2025 and the counseling for the 5th round will be completed from 6 to 14 August 2025.
