Eligibility Criteria
The MSЕТCL Apprentice 2026 recruitment requires candidates to hold two specific qualifications simultaneously. Both must be fulfilled; neither alone is sufficient for eligibility.
- Passed Maharashtra State Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Examination – i.e., Class 10 / Matriculation from a Maharashtra State board
- Passed the ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Electrician trade examination – all four semesters – from an institution affiliated with the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), New Delhi.

Salary
Selected apprentices will be paid a stipend as per the prevailing norms applicable under the Apprentices Act. The notification states that the stipend will be governed by current government rules (Prachalit Niyamapramane). The exact monthly stipend amount will be communicated at the time of engagement / training commencement.
