Jail Warder Exam Pattern
Tamil Language Aptitude Test
- Qualifying this test is mandatory to be eligible for further stages.
- The candidates need to answer 80 questions within 80 minutes.
- The OMR sheets for the mains written exam will be considered only for those candidates who will secure a minimum of 32 marks (40%) in the Tamil language aptitude test.
- In the final merit list, the score of this qualifying test will not be considered.
Mains Written Exam
- The total time for the test will be 1 hour and 20 minutes (80 minutes).
- A minimum of 25 marks (30%) must be secured to qualify this exam.
- G.K. questions will be asked from Tamil Nadu Government Textbooks from subjects up to Class 10th.
Paper-1
- This paper consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) based on general knowledge of the candidate.
- This part of the exam consists of 45 questions worth 45 marks.
Paper-2
- This section of the exam is designed to test the psychological ability of the candidates.
- It is worth a total of 25 marks and features 25 questions.
